LegalSituation: my husband died april 8 2007 from a surgical procedure due to negligense by his doctor. he was to have his left kidney taken out because it had failed him but the doctor took out the right kidney. we didn't even know it until he got very sick i rushed him to the hospital an they put him on the dialaysis machine. they took out the bad kidney too and there was a blood infection. he died a week later.. do you think i can go after the doctor and the hospital with some kind of law suit?
